AI-Powered Services

1. Description From time to time, Alpine Reach may offer or integrate functionalities that utilize artificial intelligence or machine learning (“AI-Powered Services”). These may include, but are not limited to, automated content generation, sentiment analysis, content scheduling optimizations, and analytics predictions.
2. Customer Acknowledgments • Data Input: You acknowledge that AI-Powered Services may process Customer Content and related data to perform analyses or generate outputs (“AI Outputs”). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any data you provide or authorize for processing by AI-Powered Services. • Automated Recommendations: AI-Powered Services may present suggestions or recommendations (e.g., posting times, content ideas, or automated replies). Such suggestions are provided “as-is” and are for informational purposes only. You understand that these AI-based recommendations may not be error-free or suitable for every context or industry.
3. License and Rights to Use AI Outputs By using AI-Powered Services, you grant Alpine Reach the necessary rights to process your data for the purpose of generating AI Outputs. You retain all ownership of your underlying data, while Alpine Reach retains ownership of any machine learning models, know-how, or processes used to create AI Outputs. Unless otherwise specified, you may use AI Outputs for any lawful purpose consistent with this Agreement.
4. Data Privacy and Protection • LGPD Compliance: Alpine Reach will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Brazilian data protection laws, including the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). • Data Retention: Unless otherwise agreed, Alpine Reach may retain anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise de-identified data for purposes such as improving and training our AI systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy. • International Transfers: You acknowledge that your data may be transferred or processed outside of Brazil, subject to appropriate safeguards and relevant legal requirements. 5. Disclaimers Specific to AI • Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment: AI-Powered Services do not replace your obligation to exercise independent judgment, especially when posting publicly or making business decisions. • Accuracy: While Alpine Reach strives to enhance the accuracy and reliability of AI-Powered Services, we make no warranty that AI Outputs will be entirely accurate, complete, or otherwise free from error. • No Guarantee of Results: You assume all risks associated with relying on AI Outputs. Alpine Reach will not be liable for any decisions or actions taken based on these AI Outputs. 6. Limitations of Liability for AI-Powered Services In addition to any other limitations of liability in this Agreement, Alpine Reach expressly disclaims any liability for damages or losses arising out of or relating to your use (or inability to use) AI-Powered Services, including errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI Outputs. You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with AI-Powered Services is to stop using them. 7. Termination of AI Features Alpine Reach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI-Powered Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. In no event will Alpine Reach be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to AI-Powered Services.
